System Upgrade
Prepare for our upcoming upgrade! Making online and mobile banking better than ever!
Priority Credit Union has been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for an upgrade to our bank operating system on July 1, 2025. This upgrade is necessary to ensure that the Credit Union continues to bring you the most advanced financial services and products in the marketplace.
As with most major system upgrades, there will be some planned service interruptions to facilitate this process. There may also be some “unplanned” service interruptions, but our staff is working diligently to keep these to as few as possible. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.
***The Credit Union will be closed and there will be no online or mobile banking from
Tuesday, July 1st through Wednesday, July 2nd. See below for more information.***

How To Prepare
Update Information
Make sure your contact details are current so you receive important updates throughout the upgrade process.
Please review and update:
Mailing address, phone number, email address, driver’s Licenses, beneficiaries, and account preferences
You can update your information through online banking, by calling us, or by visiting your local branch.
Bill Pay
Bill Pay information will not carry over to the new system. We recommend printing or saving a copy of your current payees before the upgrade.
This will help you quickly and easily re-enter them once Bill Pay is reactivated in the new system.
E-Statements
After the upgrade, e-statements will need to be reenabled (see below). Access to historical e-statements will not be available. If there are any past statements you think you’ll need, we encourage you to download or print copies in advance.
To access your e-statements:
Log in to online banking
Navigate to the e-Statements section
Download or print any documents you wish to keep
Gather Information
Consider saving copies of checks that have already been cleared prior to the system upgrade, as you will not have access to copies of previously cleared checks after the upgrade.
Debit Cards
DO NOT destroy your current debit cards. You will continue to use your current cards. From July 1st through July 2nd there will be reduced ATM withdrawal and point-of-sale limits (purchases).
During the upgrade we will be unable to increase debit card transaction limits for large purchases, please plan ahead for any transaction you may expect while the upgrade is taking place. If you anticipate needing cash during the upgrade timeframe, consider withdrawing it ahead of July 1st.
If your debit card is lost or stolen or to activate a new debit card, you may contact 800.472.3272.
After Upgrade
Account Numbers
Although your account numbers will remain, your account suffixes will change. Please make note of the new account suffixes as you make loan payments and/or refer to your specific accounts with questions and maintenance.
Checks, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards
Your existing checks, debit cards, and credit cards will continue to work after our system upgrade. Your Personal Identification Numbers (PINS) will also remain unaffected.
Direct Deposit, ACH Transfers, and Automatic Payments
Your direct deposits, ACH transfers, and automatic payments will continue as scheduled.
Certificates and Loans
Current certificate and loan terms, as well as any payment due dates will remain the same.
Online Banking
Will not be available July 1st or 2nd. It’s Me247 - the new online banking platform will be available on July 3, 2025.
Steps for re-enrollment
All members must re-enroll in online banking. Do not try to log in with your previous information from the old system.
Members will use their account # and the primary’s social security number to login and will then choose to get a conformation code by text or email to verify their identity. The first time you use this service, you will be prompted to setup a username, password, and three security questions.
Password requirements – Minimum 8 characters, must contain a Capital, Number, and Special Character
Members with multiple accounts will repeat the steps for each membership
Existing online check images stored for viewing on online banking will no longer be available after our upgrade. Hard copies will be available upon request. Checks cleared after our upgrade will appear for viewing on the new online banking platform as before.
All July statements will be mailed to your mailing address free of charge, regardless of how you are currently setup to receive them. Any members who are previously enrolled in e-Statements will automatically be enrolled again at time of the upgrade. To access your e-Statements, you must login to ItsMe247.
Online banking automatic scheduled transfers (from one PCU account to another) will automatically transfer over to the new system.
Transaction history will be available in ItsMe247 going back two years. We encourage online banking users to download their transaction history into an internal storage system prior to our system upgrade on July 1, 2025, to ensure you have the data you may need as a back-up.
CU* Talk - Audio Banking
The new automated phone banking system will be called CU* Talk. Please replace CALL 24 in your phone contacts with CU* Talk 833.462.1955.
