New Enhanced Online Banking Service

Priority Credit Union just recently launched a new and enhanced version of our Online Banking on Thursday, July 29, 2021. The new Online Banking offers many new benefits and features, including a streamlined interface, more time saving features and powerful tools for managing your accounts!

If you haven't yet already, when you first log into the new Online Banking, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions to continue to your account.

 What You Need to Know:

 ·    Online Banking is maintained and supported for only current browser versions. The following browsers are supported by Virtual Branch, so you should use the most recent versions of these browsers to access your Online Banking: Edge / Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.

·    You will see a new logon screen when you log into Online Banking! The logon screen for Virtual Branch has changed: the separate step for security code and security phase verification has been removed and the logon ID and security code are now both on one page.

·    If you have been using a logon ID that has fewer than six (6) characters, you will need to enter leading zeros to bring it up to six characters. For example, logon ID "1234" would now need to be entered as "001234." If you still need to update your Online Banking logon ID or require assistance, please contact us at 407-425-2561 or email us at prioritycu@prioritycu.org.

·    Security requirements for digital access will be more stringent. You will need to make sure your logon ID and security code (password) meet the requirements. Additionally, you will be required to add your mobile phone number and email address to your Online Banking account. You will be prompted to enter a mobile number and email address when you login if they do not already exist in the Online Banking system.

·    The Overview and Account Access pages have been combined into a new landing page that now presents in a tile view with expandable tiles about your member relationship. These tiles include deposit and loans accounts, upcoming transfers, upcoming bill payments, and Credit Sense credit score analysis. However, you do have the option to toggle back over to the traditional list view if you prefer.

The new Online Banking look is just the start of something great! In addition to a fresh look and feel, our new Online Banking offers new features like:

 ·    More control of your money. Wondering whether a check has cleared or if your balances have reached a certain level? Our new system offers personalized alerts that allow you to receive notifications based on account activity, making it easy for you to stay on top of your money.

·    Better communication with us. If you have a question about a specific transaction, Priority Credit Union Online Banking will offer secure communication with our “Message Center” during normal banking hours to get it answered.

·    Bill Pay is not affected. No changes will happen within Bill Pay. You can continue to pay bills like normal without missing a beat. Payee addresses and your payee account information has been brought into the new Priority Credit Union Online Banking automatically.

As always, we thank you for choosing Priority Credit Union and hope you enjoy this new, even better PCU Online Banking experience!

 Sincerely,

The Priority Credit Union Team

Priority Credit Union’s Promise of Excellent Service to You!

Monday, September 23, 2019

Monday, September 23, 2019

“We will strive, daily, to exceed member expectations. To provide a level of service simply not found at other financial institutions. To deliver on this promise, we will leverage our processes and make the investments necessary to provide the reliable financial technology that our community expects. Whenever and however our members need us, we deliver with friendly member service, quality products and competitive deposit and loan rates.”

Priority Credit Union is working diligently to better our services and tools available to our members. Our goal is to provide you with amazing service. While taking care of your banking needs we would like for you to enjoy your encounter so much that it doesn’t feel like a chore or task. With that being said we have decided, as a team, to greatly improve our areas of expertise and increase our knowledge to provide a more valuable interaction when you call us or come to one of our branches.

Our first step is this very website that you are on. We’ve recognized that our old website was outdated and no longer user-friendly. Our new website combines utility and modernization to enhance your experience with every click. We hope you enjoy using it as much as we did creating it, thank you Omnicommander!

Priority Credit Union is also currently certifying several of its employees, with help from CUNA, as professional Financial Counselors and by 2020 hopes to be scheduling appointments. Counseling will be free to all PCU members. We are excited to offer this free service to our members and our employees are looking forward to working with all of you!

Another initiative we are working on is credit union-wide training. Beginning September 4th Priority Credit Union will change its Wednesday operating hours. By separating this time for our employees we can ensure proper training and cohesion, so that we can offer you the best and most consistent experience every time. All branches will open their doors from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The Main Office Drive Thru will open at 10:00 am and close at 5:30 pm. You can still use any of our ATM’s or Night Drop locations.

We appreciate your understanding; we believe that the benefits to our membership will far outweigh the inconvenience of being closed a few hours on Wednesday mornings.

Please contact us at prioritycu@prioritycu.org if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you,

PCU Family
